The Park is an extension of the sincerely held religious beliefs of Oaks Church and is an integral part of Oaks Church’s organizational purpose to foster of community education and fellowship to develop reverence and commitment on behalf of the faith of Oaks Church, which is summarized here and here.

Oaks Church stewards The Park in a way that honors God and serves the community with integrity and commitment to the faith of Oaks Church. All events, activities, and conduct at The Park must align with the vision, values, and faith of Oaks Church, as determined by Oaks Church in its sole discretion.

Therefore, Oaks Church reserves the right to approve or decline facility use requests, including for conduct or organizational purposes that are or may be contrary to the sincerely held religious beliefs of Oaks Church and for any other legitimate reason.
